We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was wonderfully cool despite the hot weather, so no need for air conditioning. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to make us happy, and our child loved the toys in the restaurant and the sheep on the big lawn. The hotel is conveniently located, about 10 minutes from the old steam train station in Cierny Balog. The transportation options were excellent, with a bus stop right outside the hotel and a rail halt just 150m away. We had a great ride down a scenic valley with high viaducts to Tisovec.

Located in a beautiful setting down a picturesque valley with magnificent high viaducts. The surroundings offer fresh air and a nice location for relaxation. Parking is also provided. Rooms are spacious, but there can be issues with cleanliness and noise. Waiters speak good English and provide useful information about local attractions.

The hotel is not accommodating for those with physical handicaps. Accessibility may be a problem for some people, and there are no elevators for easy access to rooms.

Had a lovely time spending Xmas here! The hotel was in a prime location for exploring the surrounding area. The staff were welcoming and always happy to assist. I especially liked the free parking and WIFI, which made things much easier. The restaurant's food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable.

The limited breakfast options. Although the food was reasonably good, I would have preferred a wider selection.

Functional rooms and plentiful parking. The breakfast was also a decent spread with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel's location was also handy for travelers seeking a quiet respite from the city bustle.

The hotel's bar only stayed opened up to 11pm; much earlier than expected.
